轻简型茶园深松耕作机驱动轮和深松铲优化配置研究

摘  要:
针对家庭型茶园土层板结严重、不宜浅旋耕作、缺乏深松耕作机的现状,对轻简型茶园深松耕作机驱动轮和深松铲进行了优化配置,并进行牵引力试验和茶园耕作试验。试验结果表明,样机适用于家庭型茶园的深松耕作作业;样机交叉配置驱动轮Ⅰ、驱动轮Ⅱ、驱动轮Ⅲ和深松铲1#、深松铲2#均可在耕作深度小于20cm状态下平稳工作,耕作深度和松土宽度均比较稳定;综合耕作深度、松土宽度和耕作速度三个指标来看,配置驱动轮Ⅰ、深松铲2#的样机匹配是最佳的,耕作效果最好,其平均耕深为19.3cm,平均耕宽为53.8cm,平均耕作速度为0.29m/s,这也与样机牵引力试验结果一致,配置驱动轮Ⅰ的样机牵引力最大。

摘  要:
In view of this situation that home-based tea plantations were unsuitable for shallow rotary tillage because of serious soil hardening and lacking of deep loosening tillage machine,the driving wheel and sub-soiling shovel of deep loosening tillage machine on light simple type of tea plantation were optimized configuration,and the traction test and tillage test were performed on tea plantation.The results showed that the prototype is suitable for home-based tea plantation deep loosening farming operations;Prototype cross collocating with the driving wheel I,wheel II,wheel III and deep loosening shovel 1#,deep loosening shovel 2#can work smoothly in the condition of tillage depth is less than 20 cm,and tillage depth and width was comparatively stable;From three metrics of tillage depth,tillage width and tillage velocity,prototype collocating with driving wheels I and deep loosening shovel 2# had the best tillage effect with average tillage depth of 19.3cm,average tillage width of 53.8cm and the average tillage velocity of 0.29m/s.This was consistent with the traction test results of prototype which collocating with driving wheel I has the largest traction.
