果树转基因研究进展

摘  要:
综述了10多年来国内外果树转基因研究的主要进展。应用于果树的目的基因包括10余种抗病基因以及若干抗虫、抗除草剂、抗逆境和控制生长发育的基因;受体系统包括叶片(含叶盘)、叶柄、茎段、节间、胚轴、子叶、胚、悬浮细胞和原生质体等;转化方法以农杆菌介导占主流。已获得近20种常见果树的转基因植株;苹果、番木瓜等的转基因植株已进入大田试验。就目的基因的来源、不同受体系统特点和与转化方法有关的问题等作了讨论。

摘  要:
The main advancement on genetic transformation of fruit trees in the past years were reviewed. Target genes applied to fruit trees included some ten genes relating to disease resistance, insect resistance, herbicide resistance, stress-tolerance and controlling growth and developmental. Recipient systems included lamina (including leaf plate) , petiole, stem segment, internode, hypocotyl, cotyledon, embryo, suspension cell and protoplast. Agrobacterium-mediated transformation was mostly adopted. More than ten kinds of transgenic plants in fruit trees were obtained, some of them such as apple and papaya had come into field experiment. It was also discussed in this paper that source of target gene, characteristics of different recipient system and problems with relation to transforming methods.
