激素处理促进油松无性系种子园开花效应研究

摘  要:
为增加油松无性系种子园母树雌雄花数量,对油松母树进行了喷施赤霉素GA4+7(Gibberellin GA4+7)、6-苄基氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、矮壮素(CCC)试验,研究不同激素处理对油松无性系种子开花的影响。结果表明:适宜的激素处理,对增加油松母树雌雄花数量有显著作用,无性系间差异显著。激素处理不同时间对雌球花促进作用有显著差异,以6月份效果最好。激素对雌球花量促进作用以GA4+7效果最好,其次为6-BA和CCC。对雄球花促进作用效果为GA4+7最好,其次为CCC和6-BA,并且GA4+7对雌雄球花的促进作用与其它2种激素有着显著差异。不同激素浓度对促进雌雄球花量差异显著,促进雌球花效果最适浓度为500mg/L,促进雄球花量浓度以1 000mg/L效果最好。

摘  要:
In order to increase the quantity of female flowers and male flowers in clonal seed orchard of Pinus tabulaeformis,an experiment about the influences of different extraneous hormones of Gibberellin GA4+7,6-Benzyl Aminopurine,and Chlormequat Chloride on seed trees was set up.The results showed that the numbers of male flowers and male flowers were increased obviously by the prouer hormone treating and there were no significant differences among clones.The promoting effects of hormone on promoting female strobious were significant at different months,which was the best in June.GA4+7was the best one for promoting the quantity of female strobious 6-BA was the second and CCC was the third.GA4+7was also the best one for promoting the quantity of male strobilus.However,CCC was the second and 6-BA was the third.Moreover,there was significant difference about the effects between GA4+7 and the other two kinds of hormones for promoting the male strobious.There were significant differences about the effects of the hormones at different concentrations.For promoting female strobilus production,the most effective concentration was 500 mg/L,the concentration of 1 000 mg/L was the best for promoting male strobilus production.
