果树在居住区造景中的应用研究——以上海市为例

摘  要:
[目的]为果树在城市居住区造景中的应用提供理论依据。[方法]通过大量的文献查阅和相关案例的调研,从种类、数量、配置等几个方面分析了果树在上海居住区中的应用,并对其应用中存在的问题进行了客观评价。[结果]同一小区的不同区位之间果树的应用情况差别很大。宅旁绿地中果树的使用率达到了36%~50%,而中心绿地中果树的使用率只有5%左右。从数量上来看,宅旁绿地中果树应用率为19%~23%,而中心绿地中果树应用率为0.5%~8.2%。万科和宝华花园宅旁绿地中果树的使用率非常接近,分别为19.2%和23.1%。[结论]利用果树的造景优势,与普通绿化树种共同配置,因地制宜,营造不同的景观氛围,已成为未来居住区景观设计的一种必然趋势。

摘  要:
[Objective] The purpose was to provide theoretical basis for applying fruit trees in the landscaping of urban residential areas.[Method] Through consulting a lot of literatures and surveying relative cases,a few aspects such as species,quantity,allocation of applying fruit trees in the residential areas of Shanghai were analyzed and the problems existing in their application were evaluated objectively.[Result] The applications of fruit trees were rather different among different locations in the same community.The using rate of fruit trees was up to 36%-50% in greenbelts around houses,but that in center greenbelt was only about 5%.Viewing from quantity,the application rate of fruit trees in greenbelts around houses was 19%-23%,but that in center greenbelt was 0.5%-8.2%.The using rates of fruit trees in greenbelts around houses of Vanke and Baohua Garden were very close,being 19.2% and 23.1% resp.[Conclusion] Utilizing landscaping advantage of fruit trees,allocating together with common greening tree species and building different landscape atmosphere with local conditions had been a necessary trend of landscape design for future residential areas.
