环鄱阳湖区双季稻生产特点与发展对策

摘要：

通过对南昌、九江、上饶、宜春、景德镇5个设区市2016～2018年双季稻生产情况进行调研,分析总结了环鄱阳湖区双季稻生产呈现的特点变化:生产趋向规模化、生产方式轻简化、主栽品种优质化、集成技术绿色化、资源利用高效化、稻米营销品牌化、销售渠道多元化;深入剖析了制约环鄱阳湖区双季稻生产存在的主要问题,在此基础上,研究提出了完善土地流转机制、发挥科技增效作用、优化粮食收购政策、强化稻米品牌培育、加大信贷支持力度等促进环鄱阳湖区双季稻绿色规模化丰产增效的对策。

摘要：

The double-cropping rice production in Nanchang, Jiujiang, Shangrao, Yichun and Jindezhen during 2016～2018 was investigated. The characteristics of double-cropping rice production in Poyang Lake area during 2016～2018 were analyzed and summarized, including large-scale production, simplified production mode, high quality of main varieties, green integrated technology, high efficiency of resource utilization, brand rice marketing and diversity in sales channels. The main problems that restricted the double-cropping rice production in Poyang Lake area were deeply analyzed. On this basis, we put forward some strategies that promoted high yield and efficiency of double-crop-rice production in Poyang Lake area including improving land transfer mechanism, developing synergistic role of science and technology, optimizing grain purchase policy, strengthening cultivation of rice brand and increasing credit support.
