3种生物农药对4种茶树病害的室内抑菌试验

摘  要:
研究了氧苦内酯、武夷菌素、绿颖对4种茶树病原真菌菌丝生长的抑制活性。结果表明,氧苦内酯和武夷菌素对供试的4种茶树病原菌菌丝生长均有抑制作用,其中氧苦内酯对茶轮斑病菌、茶云纹叶枯病菌、茶白星病菌和茶炭疽病菌的抑制作用较强,EC50分别为1.84,3.12,16.17,21.12 mg/L;活性比2%的武夷菌素对4种茶树病原真菌EC50分别为17.38,19.22,98.25,306.19 mg/L。研究结果为建设有机茶园合理科学用药提供依据。

摘  要:
The indoor inhibition test of three biopesticides to the growth of four kinds of tea disease pathogenic hypha was carried out.The results showed that oxymatrine prosuler and wuyimycin had inhibition effect on the growth of four tea tree pathogenic hypha.Oxymatrine prosuler had strong inhibition effect on Pestalotiopsis theae,Colletotrichum camelliae,Phyllosticta theaefolia,Gloeosporium theae-sinensis,and the EC50 reached 1.839 4,3.122 1,16.173 9 and 21.124 0 mg/L,respectively.The EC50 of Wuyimycin reached 17.382 7,19.219 3,98.246 1 and 306.188 3 mg/L,respectively.So this result provided a reasonable and scientific treatment basis for the organic tea garden.
