澳门两栖爬行动物多样性与保护

摘  要：
2011年9月～2017年11月,采用野外调查和访问调查相结合的方法,对澳门两栖爬行动物进行了专项调查研究。迄今,澳门已记录两栖爬行动物(不含海产种类)共3目16科40种,约占中国两栖爬行类物种数的4.5%,其中两栖动物1目5科10种,爬行动物2目11科30种,2种为澳门两栖爬行类新纪录,分别是台北纤蛙和绿瘦蛇。本次野外调查发现两栖动物8种,爬行动物23种,其中包括国家重点保护野生动物蟒和虎纹蛙,文献有记载的2种两栖动物和7种爬行动物在野外调查中未发现。另外,野外调查还发现危险入侵物种红耳龟和温室蟾。研究表明,澳门两栖爬行类物种丰富,保护价值较高,但是目前仍面临一定的盗猎压力和外来入侵物种的潜在威胁。本文基于调查研究,对澳门两栖爬行动物多样性及其保护问题进行了分析和探讨,并提出了4点保护管理建议。

摘  要：
To understand the diversity and conservation of amphibians and reptiles in Macau,a special study was conducted through interview and field surveys from April 2011 to November 2017. In total,10 species of amphibian( 5 families and 1 order) and 30 species of reptile( 11 families and 2 orders) were recorded( marine species not included),accounting for 4. 5% of all amphibian and reptile species in China. two-striped grass frog( Hylarana taipehensis) and Asian vine snake( Ahaetulla prasina) were first records for Macau. Eight amphibian species and twenty-three reptile species were recorded during fieldwork,including two key state-protected species Burmese python( Python bivittatus) and Chinese tiger fron( Hoplobatrachus chinensis). However, two amphibian species and seven reptile species, which had been documented in Macau, were not found during fieldwork. Two invasive alien species red-eared slider( Trachemys scripta elegans) and greenhouse frog( Eleutherodactylus planirostris) were recorded. Amphibians and reptiles were diverse and had high conservation value in Macau but were threatened by hunting pressure and invasive alien species. Based on this study,we discuss here the diversity and conservation strategy of amphibians and reptiles in Macau and offer four recommendations for effective management and conservation.
