基于模糊聚类的农村微网负荷控制策略研究

摘  要：
针对农村电网独立运行模式下,即农村电网处于孤岛运行状态,当分布式电源发电功率不满足负荷需求时,存在优先切除负荷或优先调节负荷的顺序不确定的问题,提出了基于模糊聚类的农村智能电网负荷控制策略,以多代理系统为基础,利用模糊聚类方法,将农村电网独立运行模式下的负荷按负荷等级、可控特性及位置3个属性进行聚类,得出负荷的控制顺序。依据该控制策略,能够实现在满足技术指标的前提下,提高农村电网的供电可靠性和经济性。

摘  要：
In the condition that rural power grid operates in standalone mode,when the power of distributed power generation does not meet the load demand,there was a problem of order uncertainty for priority to load shedding or priority to load regulation. This paper presented the rural power grid load control strategy based on fuzzy clustering. Using the fuzzy clustering method,the load under the independent operation mode of rural power grid was clustered according to the load level,controllable characteristics and location on the basis of multi-agent system,and the load order was obtained. The control strategy can improve the reliability and economy of power supply in the rural power grid.
