生态旅游景区游客满意度调查研究——以福州国家森林公园为例

摘  要：
本文对满意度与游客满意度的概念进行界定,给出了游客满意度的两种表示方式;接着提出了研究方法:问卷设计、发放与回收,数据处理,项目分类,改进措施;最后选取福州国家森林公园作为实例进行调查研究。
