24%螺虫乙酯SC对苹果瘤蚜的田间药效及持效期研究

摘要：

[目的]了解24%螺虫乙酯SC对苹果瘤蚜的防治效果,为合理使用螺虫乙酯防控苹果瘤蚜提供理论依据。[方法]以3年生红富士果树为试材,研究24%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂对苹果瘤蚜的防效、用药剂量、持效期以及对苹果的安全性。[结果]24%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂5 000倍稀释液对苹果瘤蚜有较好的速效性和持效性,持效期达20 d以上,药后15~21 d的防效达98%以上,显著高于2.5%溴氰菊酯乳油500倍稀释液和10%吡虫啉WP 2 000倍稀释液的控制作用。[结论]24%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂在苹果瘤蚜等蚜虫防治上具有较高的推广应用价值。

摘要：

[Objective] Control effects of 24% Spirotetramat SC on apple leaf curling aphid were studied to provide theoretical basis for using Spirotetramat to control the pest. [Method] The efficiency,dosage,persistent period and safety to apple of 24% Spirotetramat SC on apple leaf curling aphid were studied. [Result]The 5 000 times diluent of 24% Spirotetramat SC had better quick result and outstanding persistence against apple leaf curling aphid,and the persistent period was more than 20 days,the control efficiency in 15-21 days after spraying was more than 98%,which was significantly higher than 500 times diluent of 2. 5% Deltamethrin EC and 2 000 times diluent of 10% Imidacloprid WP. [Conclusion] Spirotetramat has higher application value in controlling the apple leaf curling aphid and others aphid.
