输油管道阴极保护电位测量误差及其消除方法

摘  要:
国内输油管道基本使用的强制电流法阴极保护系统,一般使用恒电位仪的恒电位模式,但随着投用时间变长,部分场站出现恒电位仪控制电位绝对值小于通电点电位的情况。分析产业测量误差的原因包括了阴极保护电源测量误差、参比电极测量准确度、管道周围地电场影响和电位测量系统等问题。通过电位测量误差计算发现:使用的参比电极内阻越小,测量设备的内阻越大,则测量值与真实值之间的误差越小;无论使用何种测量设备,测量值的绝对值均小于真实值;长效参比电极内阻值对实际电位测量的影响是存在的,阻值较大时,测量误差可达10%以上。多测量设备同时测量时,不同测量设备并联测量同一电位时,测量值相同;并联的设备越多,测量值与真实值之间误差越大。

摘  要:
In China,a cathodic protection system with forced current method is used,constant potential mode for the constant potentiometer is generally used.With the application time getting longer,the absolute value for the control potential of constant potentiometer is smaller than the power point potential in some of the stations.Analysis showed that the reason of measurement errors included the measurement error of cathodic protection power supply,accuracy of referenced electrode,the influence of electric field around the pipes and potential measurement system.The calculation of potential measurement error indicated that the smaller the reference electrode resistance is,the bigger the resistance is in the measurement tools,the small the error is between the measured and actual values.No matter what kind of measuring equipment is used,the absolute value of the measured value is less than the actual value.There exists the effect of long-term reference electrode on the actual measurement of internal resistance potential,when resistance is higher,the measurement error can be over 10%.When the multiple measurement devices are operated at the same time for parallel detecting the same potential,the measured value is the same,the more the parallel devices are used,the error is bigger between measured and actual values.
