阜康天保工程区禁牧区与非禁牧区林间草地群落特征和物种多样性的比较研究

摘  要:
放牧作为草地重要的利用方式之一,显著影响着草地植物群落结构、特征和生物多样性。通过分析和比较阜康天然林保护工程区禁牧区和非禁牧区林间草地植物数量特征和群落α多样性的差异和变化,研究长期放牧对阜康天然林保护工程区林间草地植物群落数量特征和群落α多样性的影响。结果表明:禁牧草地群落的物种数、生物量、群落盖度、密度、Margalef物种丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Simpson优势度指数均显著高于放牧草地(P<0.01),但两种草地的E.Pielou均匀度指数无显著差异(P>0.05)。草地样地物种多样性和生物量之间呈显著的正相关关系。

摘  要:
Grazing is one of the important ways of using grassland, which significantly affects the structure,composition and species diversity of plant communities in grassland. This study aims to analyze and compare the differences and changes in quantitative characteristics and α diversity of grassland communities in the grazing and non-grazing areas and study the relevant effects in Fukang Natural Reserve. The results showed that species number of community, biomass, coverage, density, Margalef species richness index, Shannon-Wiener diversity index, and Simpson dominance index in the sample plots of grassland in non-grazing area were significantly higher than that of grassland in grazing area(P<0.01), but the E. Pielou uniformity index of the two grasslands had no significant difference(P>0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between species diversity and biomass in grassland sample plots.
