在简要介绍网络文献代理涵义与特点的基础上,分析了网络文献代理活动中可能存在的几种问题,包括复制权、网络信息泄密、非法牟利、恶意攻击数据库网站以及共同连带责任等,并针对这些问题提出了相应的应对措施和办法。

摘 要：
In this article several important problems existed in network literature proxy are analyzed on the basis of simple introduction of definition and features of network literature proxy.These important problems include duplication right,network information leak,illegal profit-making,malicious attacks to database website as well as joint obligation,and corresponding measures and methods are put forward to these problems.
