"校企合作、工学交替"人才培养模式,是使学生更快、更准、更好的适应企业环境的有效途径。在日趋完善的市场经济秩序中,企业的综合竞争能力日显重要,而员工的道德素养又是提高综合竞争能力的关键,作为培养一线高素质技能型人才的高职教育,能否保证学生"下得去、留得住、用得上",德育教育是有效保障,更是提高高职学生竞争能力的必要手段。

The talents training pattern—"cooperation between colleges and enterprises,combination of studying and working" is an effective way to make students adopt the enterprises' situation quickly.The comprehensive competition power is becoming more and more important nowadays.The staff's moral quality is the key of promoting the comprehensive competition power of the company.Moral education is an effective safeguard for the high vocational whose main task is to cultivate advanced technical laborers who are in the forefront of production.Meanwhile moral education is the necessary method to promote students' competition power.
