人参皂苷及其衍生物体外抗MDV的作用

摘  要:
通过透射电子显微镜观察人参皂苷及其衍生物对马立克氏病毒(MDV)感染鸡胚成纤维细胞(CEF)的保护效果,探讨人参皂苷及其衍生物体外抗马立克氏病毒的作用机理。结果表明,人参皂苷及其衍生物均具有较好的抗病毒作用,可以减轻病毒对鸡胚成纤维细胞的损伤程度。

摘  要:
To study the antiviral mechanism of the ginsenoside and its derivatives against Marek′s disease virus (MDV), the effect of ginsenoside and its derivatives on MDV infected chicken embryo fibroblasts (CEF) was observed using electron microscope. Ginsenoside and derivative had good anti-virus effect. Ginsenoside and derivative could reduce the damage of virus to the chicken embryo fibroblasts cell.
