摘 要：
在对甘肃省黄河流域生态环境建设分区的基础上,依据各分区水土保持措施现状保存面积、水土保持用水减沙定额、生态环境建设目标,求算了现状、2010年和2030年水土保持生态环境建设用水及减沙效益,为保护、开发和合理利用好当地的水资源,实现甘肃省黄河流域地区生态环境建设和经济建设可持续发展提供了依据。

摘 要：
Based on eco-environmental conservation division in the yellow river basin of Gansu province, according to the current preserved area of soil and water conservation measures, sediment reduction quota by soil and water conservation measures and construc-tion goal of eco-environment in each subarea, the water use and sediment reduction benefit of soil conservation ecological environment construction are calculated in present, 2010 and 2030, it provides the basis for protecting, developing, using local water resources rea-sonably and realizing the sustainable development of ecological environment and economy construction in the yellow river basin of Gansu province.
