摘  要：
美洲幼虫腐臭病是世界上最严重的蜜蜂病害之一,病原体是幼虫芽孢杆菌。在蜂蜜中检测幼虫芽孢杆菌的有效方法很少。本研究将微生物培养法和PCR法结合,改进了对病原菌的培养和分离,再用PCR法进行定性鉴别,从而降低了检出限,提高了检测的准确性。

摘  要：
American foulbrood is one of the most severe diseases of honeybee. The causative agent is Paenibacillus larvae. There are few effective methods to detect Bacillus in honey. In this study,microbial culture method and PCR method were combined to improve the cultivation and isolation of pathogenic bacteria,and then qualitative identification was carried out by PCR method,in order to reduce the detection limit and to improve the accuracy of detection.
