摘  要:
应用相似理论对单级水力旋流器分离马铃薯淀粉的实验数据进行处理 ,然后应用逐步回归的方法建立起一组反映单级水力旋流器对马铃薯淀粉分离效果的有较高精度的回归方程。该方程可以对分离结果作出合理的预测 ,并为放大设计、优化以及在新领域的应用提供可靠的理论依据。

摘  要:
The data gained from the experiments was interpreted with the similarity theory and the method of the stepwise regression was used to establish the mathematical model that describes the separating effects of potato starch. It provides a foundation for the scale up and optimization of a hydrocyclone design. The model can also be adopted in design of a similar process.
