本文对玉米乳饮整个生产过程中出现的质量变化进行了危害分析,并确定了各加工过程的关键控制点。建立了玉米乳饮料生产的HACCP系统,并制定出HACCP工作计划表。从而提高产品质量。

摘 要:
This article analyzed the hazard of corn milk quality changes in the whole production process,identified the critical control point in all process, and established the HACCP system in the production of corn milk, drawed up HACCP work schedule, so improved the quality of products.
