有机磷和有机氯杀虫剂在谷物籽粒中多残留分析方法的研究

摘  要：
对谷物中常用的 8种有机磷和 2种有机氯杀虫剂的多残留分析方法进行了研究。样本前处理采取凝胶色谱柱净化方法。选取稻米、小麦、玉米 3种谷物籽粒进行了不同浓度的添加回收实验 ,结果表明 ,农药在谷物样本上的添加回收率介于 81.74 %～ 10 1.6 0 % ,变异系数为 0 .6 0 %～ 12 .53% ,均达到残留分析要求。

摘  要：
The multi residue analytical method of 8 OP and 2 OCl insecticides that applied in rice, wheat and maize were reported. A gel permeation chromatography clean up method was introduced. The fortified average recovery and variation coefficient of the above insecticides in these 3 crops were 81.74%~101.60% and 0.60%~12.53%,respectively.
