热解条件对农作物秸秆热解产物得率的影响

摘  要:
该研究首先从农作物秸秆的热解设备入手,研制出了一套容量为0.18 m3的秸秆热解设备;然后选择在中国产量较大的水稻、小麦、玉米和棉花秸秆等为试验原料,在热解最高(终点)温度分别为450、600和750℃,平均升温速度为150℃/h的条件下,对各热解产物的得率进行了测定。结果表明:在所选定的试验条件下,随着热解温度的升高,秸秆炭的平均得率逐渐下降,而秸秆醋液和秸秆煤气的得率则逐渐上升。从变化的趋势可知,秸秆煤气产量随热解温度的升高而增加的幅度大于秸秆醋液增加的幅度。

摘  要:
Using the pyrolysis equipment for crop stalks,the authors developed a new straw pyrolysis equipment with the capacity of 0.18?m~3.Then choosing stalks of rice,wheat,corn and cotton as experimental materials,which have a large production in China,the yields of various pyrolytic products were detected under the highest(climax) pyrolytic temperatures of 450,600 and 750℃ and the average temperature-rising rate was 150℃?hour.The results showed that under the selected experimental conditions,with the increase of pyrolytic temperature,the average yield of stalk carbon dropped gradually,while those of stalk vinegar fluid and stalk gas rose by degrees.It was concluded that,from the changing tendency,with pyrolytic temperature rising,the increasing range of stalk gas yield was bigger than that of stalk vinegar fluid.
