一种改进的功图量油技术及应用研究

摘  要:
以功图量油技术为基础,采用与实际产量对比分析,建立比例系数的方法计算单井的产量,解决了目前功图量油技术在计算单井产量过程中需要连续测量的难题。提出了一种改进的功图量油计算方法,并在实际生产中进行了应用。结果表明,改进的功图量油法计算的产量与实际产量相对误差小于33%,平均相对误差在8%以内,满足了油井产量计量的要求。

摘  要:
On the basis of the oil measurement for dynamometer diagram and comparative analysis with actual yield,well yield is calculated by establishing proportion coefficient method.In the process of calculating well yield,continuous measurement problem of oil measurement for dynamometer diagram is solved.Moreover,the improved oil measurement for dynamometer diagram is proposed and applied.The results show that the relative error between the actual yield and the calculated yield by using oil measurement for dynamometer diagram is less than 33% as well as average relative error is less than 8%,it meets the requirements of the oil well production measurement.
