可调式握力高枝剪设计及分析

摘  要:
可调式握力高枝剪的设计包括外观参数的确定和刀具的设计。根据大宗果树的生长状况确定高枝剪各关键部件结构及参数;根据高枝剪在果园作业受到剪枝过程中刀具剪断和夹持枝条所需力的大小进行刀具的设计。通过在Inventor软件中构建可调式手握高枝剪三维模型,利用AIP中的有限元功能对模型进行分析,得出果园工作环境下高枝剪的安全系数和变形量。果园作业试验结果表明:在该设计参数下,高枝剪性能可靠、使用灵活。

摘  要:
According to the orchard pruning,picking jobs in the working environment conditions( such as cutting and clamping force required for branches,and so on) and growth of fruit trees( such as line spacing and height of fruit trees,and so on),choose the right material and appearance of the tree pruner parameters. Building three-dimensional model of grip type and adjustable lopper in software of Inventor. Using technology of ANSYS in the AIP for finite element analysis of cutter belong to grip type and adjustable lopper,getting safety coefficients of the lopper. Having experiments in orchards and testing the date. Proved that the lopper in this design parameter is reliable and flexible in use.
