长株潭地区集约化猪场保育舍内好氧微生物的监测

摘  要:
为了研究猪舍空气中微生物的组成,采用自然沉降法在3个集约化保育舍空气中采集好氧微生物样品,利用16S rRNA序列分析及形态观察确定微生物的分类,监测保育舍内好氧微生物的含量和种类,评估保育舍内的空气环境质量以及推断致病微生物可能造成的危害.结果表明:猪场保育舍空气中需氧微生物含量较高,为0.22万 ~2.70万CFU/m3,不同保育舍内空气样品中的好氧细菌菌落结构差异较大,球菌和杆菌为保育舍优势菌群,部分保育舍含有较高浓度(占34%)的人畜共患条件性致病菌绿色气球菌,对饲养者身体健康和畜禽生产存在潜在威胁,需引起高度重视.

摘  要:
To explore the characteristics of air microorganisms of intensive pig farms, aerobic microbial samples were collected from the air of three nursery houses in the intensive pig farms by natural sedimentation method. Air microorganisms were cultured and identified based on 16 Sr RNA sequence analysis, and the contents and types of aerobic microorganisms in the samples were monitored in order to evaluate the air quality of the nursery houses and the risk caused by the pathogens. The results showed that it had high aerobic microbial contents in the air of the nursery houses, about 2.2×10~3-2.7×10~4 CFU/m~3, and the structures of aerobic bacterial colonies in air samples in different nursery houses were quite different. Cocci and bacilli were the dominant bacteria in the nursery houses, and some nursery houses had a high concentration(34%) of green balloon bacterium. As a conditional pathogen causing zoonotic diseases, green balloon bacterium is of potential threats to breeders physical health and livestock production, which is need to be highly valued.
