摘 要:
为研究红白忍冬(Lonicera japonica var. chinensis(P. Watson) Baker)的繁育系统及传粉特性。观察记录花的发育和传粉过程,采用氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)法和联苯胺-过氧化氢法分别测定花粉活力和柱头可授性,并运用异交指数(OCI)值、花粉与胚珠比(P/O)和人工授粉检测其繁育系统,用自交亲和性评价和荧光显微镜观察判断其自交亲和性。结果表明,红白忍冬的花为聚伞花序,总状排列,自下而上开放,单花发育分为7个时期,主要通过风和昆虫传粉,瓜芦蜂为主要传粉昆虫;雄蕊先熟,开花后4 h花粉活力达到最高值,柱头可授期约2 d,开花后8 h柱头可授性最强;红白忍冬OCI值为4,P/O比率为642. 24±79. 73,属于混合交配系统,以异花传粉为主;红白忍冬为配子型自交不亲和植物,自交结实率较低。

摘 要:
To study the breeding system and pollination biology of Lonicera japonica var. chinensis,the process of flower development and pollination was observed and recorded,and the pollen viability and stigma receptivity was determined by TTC and benzidine-hydrogen peroxide method,the breeding system was tested by OCI value,P/O ratio and artificial pollination and the self-compatibility and fluorescence was evaluated,microscopy was used to determine the self-compatibility. The results showed that Lonicera japonica var. chinensis flowered from bottom to top and single flower development was marked by seven flowering stages. The flower was successfully pollinated by wind and insects like bees as the main pollinators. The main pollinator was Ceratina cucurbitina. The stamens became premature and the pollen Ⅵability reached the maximum at 4 h after flowering. The receptible period of stigmas could be about 2 d,The receptivity of the stigma was the strongest at 8 h after flowering; The outcrossing index( OCI) was 4 and the pollen ovule ratio( P/O) was 642. 24 ± 79. 73,which belonged to mixed mating system mainly cross-pollinated; Lonicera japonica var. chinensis is a gametophytic self-incompatible flora with a low self-fertility rate.
