大连市西山水库植物根际土壤线虫群落特征

摘  要:
2010年春、夏、秋3季分别对大连市西山水库沿岸水平距离样带进行了植物根际土壤线虫调查,分析了0~10cm和10~20cm土壤线虫群落特征的差异。共研究线虫1707条,分别隶属于线虫动物门2纲7目26科36属,个体密度平均406.4条·kg-1干土。研究结果表明,随着样带地延伸,土壤线虫总数逐渐增加,最小值出现在距离水库最近样带,最大值出现在距离水库最远样带。EI都小于50,SI都大于50,水库3个样带无干扰,食物网正在形成当中。

摘  要:
Soil nematodes around the plant rhizosphere were surveyed along the transect of Xishan reservoir in Dalian to the horizontal distance from spring to autumn in 2010.The differences of community characteristics among soil nematodes lived in the 0 ~20 cm soil and 20~40 cm soil were analysed. A total of 1 707 nematodes belonging to 2 classes ,7 orders ,26 families and 36 genera were surveyed. The average density was 406.4 individuals per kg dry soil. The results indicated that the total number of soil nematodes increased with the distance extension. The minimum nematodes count appeared in the nearest, and the maximum appeared in the farthest from the transect. EI was less than 50 and SI was more than 50. So there was no interference in the three samples of the reservoir where the food webs were forming.
