白菜型冬油菜不同生长期土壤氮素组分含量的变化

摘  要:
为探讨白菜型冬油菜生长期土壤氮素组分含量的变化规律。以不同品种的白菜型冬油菜为试验材料,采用大田试验,对其不同生长期土壤全氮、铵态氮、硝态氮、碱解氮、矿化氮、酸解氮、氨基糖态氮、氨基酸态氮、非酸解氮和未知态氮含量进行研究。结果表明:白菜型冬油菜生长期土壤全氮、酸解氮和未知态氮含量在枯叶期最高,依次为1.24 g/kg、694.52 mg/kg和539.50 mg/kg;硝态氮含量在幼苗期最高为33.04 mg/kg;碱解氮和铵态氮含量在返青期最高,依次为40.68 mg/kg和21.55 mg/kg;矿化氮和氨基酸态氮含量在收获期最高,依次为1583.25 mg/kg和63.45 mg/kg;枯叶期和返青期是冬油菜越冬期,其与幼苗期、苗期、花期土壤氮素各组分含量有差异。土壤全氮、铵态氮、非酸解氮含量在白菜型冬油菜不同生长期呈"升-降"趋势;硝态氮和氨基酸态氮含量呈"降-升"趋势;碱解氮和氨基糖态氮含量呈"降-升-降"趋势;矿化氮、酸解氮和未知态氮含量呈"升-降-升"趋势。

摘  要:
To evaluate changes of soil nitrogen component and content of winter rapeseed in different growth periods, winter rapeseed varieties were planted under field growth condition, contents of total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen, mineralized nitrogen, acid-hydrolyzed nitrogen, amino sugar nitrogen, amino acid nitrogen, non-acid-hydrolyzed nitrogen and unknown nitrogen were tested. The results showed that the content of total nitrogen, acid-dissociated nitrogen and unknown nitrogen in perish period were the highest, 1.24 g/kg, 694.52 mg/kg and 539.50 mg/kg, respectively. The content of nitrate nitrogen at seedling stage was the highest, 33.04 mg/kg. The content of alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen were the highest at the turning green stage, 40.68 mg/kg and 21.55 mg/kg, respectively.The content of mineralized nitrogen and amino acid nitrogen were the highest at harvesting stage, 1583.25 mg/kg and 63.45 mg/kg, respectively. The content of nitrogen in perish and turning green stage were significantly different from that at seedling and flowering stage. The"up-down"trend of content of total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and non-acidic nitrogen was observed in winter rapeseed during different growth periods,the"down-up"trend was showed in the content of nitrate nitrogen and amino acid nitrogen, the"down-updown"trend was found in the content of alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and aminoglycosaccharide nitrogen, and the"up-down-up"trend was observed in the content of mineralized nitrogen, acidolysis nitrogen and unknown nitrogen.
