集团化办学共建共享畜牧类专业教学标准的研究与实践——以江苏农牧科技职业学院为例

摘  要:
江苏农牧科技职业学院依托集团化办学平台,创新校企合作机制,构建了"三融合六对接"的畜牧业类专业教学标准开发理念。通过校企深度合作共建共享开发畜牧类专业教学标准,明确了开发组织、指导思想和基本原则,架构了9大标准内容体系:人才培养调研报告、就业岗位能力要求、人才培养方案、课程标准,师资队伍建设标准、实验实训条件标准、信息化教学标准、毕业生职业能力评价标准和教学质量监控体系。通过研究和实践充分调动了企业参与职业教育的积极性,提升了专业办学整体水平,提高了毕业生就业质量。

摘  要:
Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational Colloge based onvocational education alliance and innovativeschool-enterprise cooperationmechanism,development concept of Three Integration and Six Docking was constructed to be the teaching standards of animal husbandry specialty. Through deep school-enterprise cooperation on teaching standards of animal husbandry specialty in co-construction and sharing model,development organization,guiding ideology and fundamental principle were ascertained,and nine standard content systems were built,which included talent training survey,job competency requirements,talent training program,course standards,facultyconstruction standards,experimental training condition standards,informatization teachingstandards,evaluation standards for vocational ability of graduates,and teaching qualitymonitoring system. Through the research and the practice,enterprises' enthusiasm wasaroused in participating in vocational education; the overall level of professional education was promoted; andemployment quality for graduates was also improved.
