芫菁体内结合斑蝥素与金属元素含量的比较

摘  要：
通过气相色谱法测定了12个不同地域不同种类的芫菁体内的游离斑蝥素、结合斑蝥素、总斑蝥素,并比较分析了结合斑蝥素含量与其体内的钾、镁、钙、钠和锌等5种元素含量的关系。结果显示,芫菁体内总斑蝥素的含量都超过0.35%,部分芫菁体内的游离斑蝥素和结合斑蝥素含量超过0.35%;在芫菁科昆虫体内二钾元素的摩尔量和镁元素的摩尔量要高于结合斑蝥素的摩尔量,而钠元素和锌元素的摩尔量都低于结合斑蝥素的摩尔量;在豆芫菁属昆虫体内钙元素的摩尔量都高于结合斑蝥素的摩尔量。结果表明,在芫菁体内结合斑蝥素可能以斑蝥素酸镁、斑蝥素酸钾和斑蝥素酸钙的形式存在。

摘  要：
The bound cantharidin,free cantharidin and total cantharidin were determined in 12 species of Meloidae in different spaces by gas chromatography.The relationships between the contents of the bound cantharidin and the contents of K,Mg,Ca,Na and Zn elements in Meloidae were assessed.The result showed that the total cantharidin contents were all more than 0.35% in Meloidae.The bound cantharidin and free cantharidin contents were partly more than 0.35% in Meloidae.The molal weights of 2K and Mg elements in Meloidae were more than the molal weight of the bound cantharidin.And the molal weights of Na and Zn elements in Meloidae were all lower than the molal weight of the bound cantharidin.The molal weight of Ca element in Epicauta was more than the molal weight of the bound cantharidin.The results suggested that the existing form of the bound cantharidin might be the magnesium cantharidate,calcium cantharidate,potassium cantharidate in Meloidae.
