摘  要:
分别克隆凡纳滨对虾Hsp70的C端结构域基因与对虾白斑综合征病毒(WSSV)VP28基因,构建融合基因并在大肠埃希菌中表达,用纯化融合蛋白免疫对虾,研究其对对虾的免疫保护作用和体内免疫相关基因表达的影响。结果表明,接种融合蛋白7d后,试验组对虾超氧化物歧化酶、溶菌酶、过氧化氢酶和STAT基因的表达量比对照组有显著提高,WSSV感染试验表明,该融合蛋白延缓了对虾的死亡。

摘  要:
The C-terminal Hsp70 peptide-binding domain of Litopenaeus vannamei and white spot syndrome virus VP28 were cloned and ligated to the vector pBAD/gⅢA to constitute fusion gene.The fusion protein was expressed in E.coli Top10 and purified fusion protein was injected into the Litopenaeus vannamei.The protective effect and transcriptional expression changes of related gene were assayed.The results showed that the transcriptional expressions of SOD,LZM,CAT and STAT in the group injected with fusion protein are significantly enhanced compared with that of the control group.Administration of VP28 and Hsp70p fusion protein could delay the death of Litopenaeus vannamei from white spot disease.
