微波辅助提取甘草渣中的总黄酮工艺研究

摘  要:
[目的]探寻甘草渣中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺。[方法]设计正交试验,采用微波辅助有机溶剂法对甘草渣中总黄酮提取方法进行了研究。[结果]微波辅助提取甘草渣中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:80%乙醇,固液比1∶10,微波功率300 W,微波辅助回流1.0 h。[结论]以该工艺提取甘草渣中总黄酮,保证了较高的黄酮含量,优化了甘草渣中总黄酮的提取工艺。

摘  要:
[Objective] The best extraction technique of total flavonoids from licorice residue was explored.[Method] The orthogonal design was used in the research on the extraction technique of total flavonoids from licorice residue with organic solvent assisted with microwave.[Results] The optimum conditions on the extraction of total flavonoids from licorice residue was as follows: ethanol,80%;the ratio of solid to liquid,1∶10;microwave power,300 W and the return of microwave-assisted,1.0 h.[Conclusion] The technique ensured a high content of flavonoids extracted,which was the optimization extraction measure of total flavonoids from licorice residue.
