砷、铅、镉低积累玉米品种筛选研究

摘  要:
以8个玉米(Zea mays)品种(云瑞88、云瑞6号、云瑞518、云瑞220、云瑞10号、红单6号、红单3号、鄂玉10号)为试验材料,采用田间试验,探讨重金属砷-铅-镉(As-Pb-Cd)复合污染土壤条件下,8个玉米品种生物量、产量变化及籽粒As、Pb、Cd含量的差异,并通过聚类分析分别获得玉米籽粒As、Pb、Cd低积累玉米品种。研究结果表明,不同玉米品种在重金属As、Pb、Cd复合污染的条件下,生物量和产量存在显著的差异性;除云瑞518籽粒Cd含量不符合饲料卫生标准(GB 13078-2001)外,其余7个玉米品种籽粒中As、Pb、Cd的含量均符合国家饲料卫生标准;通过聚类分析获得籽粒As低积累的品种2个,Pb低积累的品种1个,Cd低积累的品种3个;综合分析,最终筛选出云瑞88、云瑞220、云瑞6号、云瑞10号作为As、Pb、Cd低积累的品种。

摘  要:
Using 8 maize varieties( Yunrui88,Yunrui6,Yunrui518,Yunrui220,Yunrui10,Hongdan6,Hongdan3,Eyu10) as research materials to figure out their differences in the heavy metal contaminated soil of Arsenic-Lead-Cadmium( As-Pb-Cd). A field experiment was conducted to investigate changes of shoot and root biomass,yield and the content differences of As,Pb and Cd from eight maize varieties. By using cluster analysis to gain low accumulation of varieties from As,Pb and Cd Maize varieties,it could provide evidence and theoretical foundations for cultivation as well as filter and define maize varieties that accumulate the lowest As,Pb and Cd. Results. They showed that the biomass and yield indicated significant differences where soil had been contaminated by heavy As,Pb and Cd. Except of Yunrui518,other maizes grain had passed the national standard of feed hygiene( GB 13078-2001) and those content of Heavy metal were far lower. Cluster analysis of Maize grain showed that 2 cultivars were found accumulating the lowest As,1 variety were found accumulating the lowest Pb,3 varieties were found accumulating the lowest Cd. Comprehensive analysis of grain and yields showed that Yunrui88,Yunrui220,Yunrui6 and Yunrui 10 with low cumulative of As,Pb and Cd were good for selection.
