河南省地方品种鸡白血病净化材料的选择

摘  要:
为了探讨不同材料对禽白血病病毒(ALV)p27抗原检测结果的影响,选择168日龄河南省地方品种母鸡,首先用ELISA检测泄殖腔棉拭子ALV-p27抗原,然后选取部分阳性鸡和阴性鸡分别作为阳性(P)组和阴性(N)组检测其血清和蛋清中ALV-p27抗原,并进行外源性ALV的分离鉴定。结果显示P组蛋清和血清ALV-p27抗原阳性率分别为6304%和7337%;N组蛋清ALV-p27抗原全为阴性,血清ALV-p27抗原阳性率为3315%。P组外源性ALV的分离阳性率为6875%,N组外源性ALV的分离阳性率为278%;蛋清ALV-p27抗原阳性鸡外源性ALV分离阳性率为100%,抗原阴性鸡外源性ALV的分离阳性率为10%;血清ALV-p27抗原阳性鸡外源性ALV的分离阳性率为5946%,抗原阴性鸡外源性ALV的分离阳性率为322%。结果表明,若地方品种鸡群数量较大,育种淘汰率高,采用泄殖腔棉拭子作为检测材料比蛋清检测材料阳性鸡淘汰更彻底;若种鸡群数量较少,淘汰较多影响育种工作,采用蛋清作为检测材料更为合适。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the effect of different test materials on avian leukemia virus(ALV) p27 antigen, 168-day-old hens fromlocal strains of Henan Province were selected for the investigation. Cloacal swabs of the hens were collected and ALV-p27 antigen was detec-ted by ELISA. Then the p27 positive and negative chickens were divided into the positive group(P) and negative group(N) for detectionof ALV-p27 antigen in serum and egg white, and the exogenous ALV was isolated and identified. The results showed that ALV-p27 antigenpositive rates of egg white and serum in the P group were 63 04% and 73 37%, respectively. In the N group, ALV-p27 antigen was nega-tive in egg white, while the positive rate was 33 15% in serum. The isolation rate of exogenous ALV was 68 75% in the P group, and2 78% in the N group. The isolation rate of exogenous ALV was 100% in the egg white of ALV-p27 positive chickens and 10% in the eggwhite of negative chickens; 59 46% in the serum of ALV-p27 positive chickens and 3 22% in the serum of ALV-p27 negative chickens. Itsuggested that for the local chickens in large quantity, the breeding selection rate could be high, so the cloacal swabs are used as the test ma-terial and the positive chicken will be eliminated more thoroughly. Bur if the number of chickens is fewer, egg white is more appropriate to beused as the test material, since too much elimination in the number of chickens could affect the breeding work.
