论中国丝绸之路的文化价值

摘  要：
经济互补共赢的良性发展共同体,是中国乃至国际上众多国家在新形势下共同追求的目标。在中国政府提出"新丝绸之路经济带"战略构想的背景下,不论是探究古老丝绸之路还是当下新丝绸之路的文化价值,都有重要时代意义。凭借古丝路文化意蕴与新丝路政策背景,以经济贸易为基础活动,以尊重不同文化为前提,将带动、促进、孵化世界不同国家(地区)以及不同类型经济体制寻求共同的经济增长点和利益链,形成融合、多元、开放的文化意识,以及经济互补、政治亲和、文化包容的国际新秩序,实现丝绸之路沿线国家(地区)的和谐发展。

摘  要：
A win-win development community with mutual economic benefits of multiple parties is the common goal pursued by China and many countries under the new global circumstances. In the background of the strategic idea of the new Silk Road Economic Zone put forward by the Chinese government,it is of vital contemporary significance to explore the value and meaning of the Silk Road culture not only for the ancient Silk Road,but also for the new Silk Road: through cultural implication of the ancient Silk Road and policy background of the new Silk Road,taking the economy and trade as basic activities,and respecting different cultures as the premise,it revives,promotes and incubates different economic systems in different countries( regions) to seek common growth points and chains of interest,it promotes the formation of fused,multiple and open cultural consciousness,and new international order with economic complementarity,political affinity and cultural containment,and finally,it realizes harmonious development of countries and regions along the Silk Road.
