9种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂对瓜实蝇的产卵驱避作用测定

摘  要:
利用触角电位(EAG)和Y型嗅觉仪,测定瓜实蝇成虫对9种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的EAG值,明确各药剂对瓜实蝇的驱避作用,并采用药剂处理苦瓜表面,统计药剂对瓜实蝇的产卵抑制作用。结果表明:9种药剂对瓜实蝇雌虫的EAG值均高于雄虫。溴氰菊酯对雌虫的驱避作用最强,驱避率为83.33%;氯氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯和联苯菊酯也具有良好的驱避作用。在25 mg/L质量浓度下,氯氰菊酯对瓜实蝇雌虫的产卵抑制率最高,为70.3%;其次是溴氰菊酯,产卵抑制率为68.83%。氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯对瓜实蝇雌虫具有较好驱避作用和产卵抑制作用,在生产上可作为瓜实蝇产卵驱避药剂使用。

摘  要:
The repelling activities and the reaction degree of nine pyrethroid insecticides on Bactrocera cucurbitae were detected,using the electroantennogram(EAG) and the Y-tube olfactometer.And the oviposition deterrent rate on Bactrocera cucurbitae were investigated,using pyrethroid insecticides to deal with the surface of bitter gourd.The results showed that EAG response in female adults was higher than that of male adults.Deltamethrin had the strongest repelling activity,with the repellent rate of 83.33%.Cypermethrin,cyhalothrin and biphenthrin showed favourable repelling activity.At the concentration of 25 mg/L,the oviposition deterrent rate of cypermethrin was the highest one(70.3%),and oviposition deterrent rate of deltamethrin was following(68.83%).Cypermethrin and deltamethrin had better repelling activities and oviposition deterrent effects on Bactrocera cucurbitae,and could be used in agricultural production.
