喷油泵试验台自动量油系统的研究

摘  要:
为解决喷油泵试验台量油系统误差大的问题 ,设计了一种基于磁电式流量传感器和以 AT89C5 1单片机为核心的自动量油系统 ,其量油的相对误差为 0 .81% ,优于原量油系统的 1.2 6 % ,实现了快速、精确、可靠地测试柴油机喷油泵各泵油参数的目的。

摘  要:
In order to reduce the big error in oil measurement, an intellectual oil measuring system was designed taking a magnetoelectricity flux sensor and an AT89C51 single chip as hardcores. The developed system has a relative error in measuring oil of 0 81%, 1 26% smaller than that of the original oil measuring system. It fulfils the demand of testing the parameters of injection pump of diesel engine in fast, precise and reliable way.
