摘 要：
论述了海洋环境监测工作的实际意义,介绍了目前东营市垦利区对辖区内海域进行监测过程中使用的技术手段和监测项目参数及现阶段开展的工作,并进一步提出了在发展海洋强国的新形势下垦利做好辖区内海洋环境监测工作的4个发展对策。

摘 要：
We presented an analysis of the significance of the marine environmental monitoring,introduced the current technology and monitoring parameters used in the monitoring of the marine environment and the work carried out at this stage in Kenli District of Dongying City,and further put forward four development countermeasures of marine environment monitoring in the new situation of developing marine powers.
