摘  要：
卵母细胞的体外成熟受多种因素的干扰和制约,不同种类、不同因素、不同的实验室条件等对卵母细胞的生长发育影响均很大。随着卵母细胞体外成熟技术的不断改进和完善,提高牛卵母细胞体外成熟的数量和质量以及充分利用良种资源等的研究就具有十分重要的意义。从体外成熟的作用机制、卵母细胞的获取、激素、成熟时间及人为操作等因素对牛卵母细胞体外成熟的影响进行了综述。

摘  要：
Growth and development of oocytes were interfered and repressed by many factors in vitro,including different species,different factors,different laboratory conditions.With the improvement and consummating of maturation technology of oocytes in vitro,it has the signficant importance in improving quantity and quality of resources oocytes maturation of bovine in vitro and using elite resources.In the article,the mechanism of maturation of oocytes in vitro,and its acquisition,hormones,maturation time and human action and other factors on bovine oocytes maturation were reviewed.
