摘  要:
传统的莲藕采收方式以人工铲挖和水冲式为主,工作环境恶劣、劳动强度大、生产效率低和用工成本高,严重制约了莲藕产业的发展,研发省力高效的莲藕采收机械是促进产业规模化发展的根本出路。该文在总结国内外莲藕采收技术研究现状的基础上,阐述了现有挖藕机械的结构原理、功能特点和不足。同时,根据黄河三角洲地区莲藕的种植环境、生长周期和分布特点提出适合黄河三角洲地区莲藕种植模式的智能、省力、高效的履带自走式挖藕机,该机型是该地区莲藕采收机械的发展方向。

摘  要:
Traditional collecting methods of lotus root are mainly artificial shovel digging and water punching,with bad working environment,high labor intensity,low production efficiency and high cost of labor,which seriously restricts development of lotus root industry. Research and development of labor-saving and efficient lotus harvesting machinery is fundamental way to promote industrial scale development. On basis of summarizing research status of lotus harvesting technology at home and abroad,structural principles,functional characteristics and shortcomings of existing lotus digging machinery were expounded. At the same time,according to planting environment,growth cycle and distribution characteristics of lotus root in the Yellow River Delta,an intelligent,labor-saving and efficient self-walking lotus root digging machine suitable for lotus root planting pattern in the Yellow River Delta region was put forward. This machine is development direction of lotus root collecting machinery in this area.
