摘 要：
以湘潭县惠丰水稻专业合作社为例,研究了专业服务组织给农民创业者提供的服务内容以及服务方式,探讨了专业服务组织对缓解农民创业信息困境的有效性,并且针对专业服务组织目前存在的服务模式有些欠缺、存在利益纠纷风险、专业服务组织在农民创业者中的知名度较低等问题,提出了健全组织机制,提高管理效率,完善服务模式,拓宽服务对象,加大宣传力度,提高专业服务组织的知名度等相应的改进意见.

摘 要：
Taking Huifeng rice professional cooperative in Xiangtan County as an example, this paper studies the service content and service mode provided by professional service organizations to farmers' entrepreneurs, and probes into the effectiveness of professional service organizations in alleviating the dilemma of farmers' entrepreneurial information, based on the problems of the deficiency of the existing service mode of professional service organizations, the risk of interest disputes, and the low popularity of professional service organizations in farmers' entrepreneurs, it puts forward some suggestions on improving the organization mechanism, improving the management efficiency, perfecting the service model, widening the service object, increasing the publicity and improving the popularity of the professional service organization.
