通过笔者在香港高校的所见所闻和感受,叙述了香港高校图书馆以人为本的布局和设施,方便周到的咨询服务,“藏、借、阅”一体化管理,面向世界的高速公路以及敬业乐业的图书馆员。并提出这些做法和经验是值得内地高校图书馆学习和借鉴的。

摘  要:
According to the impression and reactions visiting several academic libraries in Hong Kong,this paper recounts the people-oriented layouts and facilities,librarians' convenient and attentive consultant services in the visiting libraries.In the article,the "Collection-Lending-Reading" Integration management,the super highway facing to the world and the librarians' attitude to seeking pleasure in their work are also described.Finally the methods and experiences in their work are emphasized and should be used for reference and learning by the academic libraries inland.
