农业废弃物热化学转化利用的研究

摘  要:
在自制的固定床反应器中,以核桃壳、花生壳、锯末等3种农业废弃物为原料,进行了农业废弃物催化热化学转化综合利用的试验研究。实验结果表明,热解反应生成包含氢气、生物油和固体焦等成份的产物,且各相产物均具有较好的经济利用价值,从而证明农业废弃物催化热化学转化综合利用切实可行,且转化利用效率高,对建设生态农业、循环农业、开发农村新能源、保护农村环境和建设社会主义新农村具有重要意义。

摘  要:
A series of experiments were conducted by pyrolyzing the agricultural wastes like walnut shell, peanut shell and saw dust with a fixed bed reactor of laboratory scale to study how the production can be made use of. The experimental results show that those reactions can produce hydrogen, bio-oil and solid coke which all of them can be utilized. The comprehensive utilization of agricultural wastes by pyrolysis will be beneficial for developing recycling agriculture and ecological agriculture to exploit new energy and protect nature environment.
