龙涎香型香料分子结构与香气关系的应用研究

摘 要:
为了研究龙涎香型香料分子结构与香气特征的关系及其生产利用价值 ,作者在总结分子结构与香气关系的基础上 ,以香紫苏醇为原料合成了降龙涎醚 ,总得率约 2 0 % ;以月桂烯为原料 ,经柑青醛合成了具有龙涎香气的 1,1 二甲基八氢萘呋喃衍生物 ,总得率约 30 % ;以二萜二环或三环衍生物为原料 ,通过光解、光敏氧化获得龙涎香气香料 ,总得率约 16 % .此三条合成路线虽原料不同 ,优势各异 ,但产物均为 1,1 二甲基十氢萘 (八氢萘 )衍生物 ,符合龙涎香型香料分子结构规律 .结果表明 :走月桂烯路线更有实用价值 ,而二萜衍生物进行光化学反应合成龙涎香料也有广阔发展前途 ;林产化学工业可发挥森林再生资源优势 ,为新型龙涎香料的合成提供有价值的广阔原料基地

摘 要:
On the basis of structure odor relationship,ambrox were synthesized from sclareol with a 20% total yield.Then the authors synthesized 1,1 dimethyoctalinspirofuran derivatives from myrcene with a 30% total yield,which had a strong persistent ambergris aroma.The authors also studied the route of photochemical reaction using bicyclo(tricyclo) diterpene derivatives as material and ambergris type materials were obtained with a 16% total yield.All the products have ambergris' 1,1 dimethyldecalin(octalin) structure despite the different raw materials.The experiment results prove that myrcene route is practicable and photochemical reaction is promising.The forest chemical industry can also utilize renewable resources and provide abundant materials for synthesis of ambergris odorant.
