基于BIM的建筑信息集成管理系统概念模型

摘  要:
针对我国建筑工程项目"信息传递效率低、信息协同和共享性差、信息利用价值低"的现状,基于BIM技术,结合工程项目的过程管理、多要素管理、参与方管理以及知识管理,构建在分布式网络环境下以数据层、信息模型层和功能应用层为核心的信息集成管理的概念模型,并依据平台管理和信息集成管理两大模块,进行BIM信息集成管理系统平台的功能设计。新型的信息集成管理系统充分挖掘了建设各个阶段的信息,实现了建筑项目信息的高效传递、交换和共享,为信息管理系统的后续开发提供参考借鉴,促进建筑业信息化的发展。

摘  要:
According to the status of construction projects such as low efficiency of information transfer,bad information cooperation and sharing,and low value of information utilization,this paper based on BIM technology and combines process management,multi-factor management,participant management and knowledge management in engineering projects together to build a conceptual model of integrated information management which includes the three modules such as the data layer,the information model layer and functional application layer in the distributed network environment. The functional design of the integrated information management system is carried out on the two modules such as platform management and information integrated management. The system can fully explores the information in all stages of the construction and realize highly efficient information transfer,exchange and sharing,which has provided references for the later development of information management system and promoted the development of information in the construction industry.
