微波消化—火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定海水蔬菜中的铬

摘  要:
结合先进的微波消解样品预处理的方法,通过优化火焰原子吸收分光光度计的工作条件,测定海水蔬菜中的微量铬。实验得到标准曲线方程线性相关系数达到0.9997,相关性良好。相对标准偏差为1.79%,回收率高达98.33%。实验测得的海水蔬菜中铬的含量为52±0.94μg/kg,符合国家卫生标准。

摘  要:
This paper use preparation method of microwave digestion sample, through the optimization of flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer working conditions, determination of chromiumin the marine-vegetables. Experimental standards of the correlation coefficient of linear equations to 0.999 7, relevant good. The relative standard deviation of 1.79 percent, the recovery rate as high as 98.33 percent. Experiment measured that content of chromium in the marine -vegetables is 52 ±0.94 μg/kg, in line of national health standards.
