"三农"问题是中国当前亟待解决的重要问题。农村金融是现代农村经济的核心,而农村金融制度的建立与完善是农村经济发展中的重要问题,需要不断地深化改革和创新农村金融机制来促进农业的发展。通过对国外部分发达国家农村金融发展状况及构成的研究,得出面向中国农村金融的启示和借鉴。

摘  要：
Issues concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers are the most important. Rural finance is the core of modern rural economy, and the establishment and perfection of the rural financial system is an important issue in the development of rural economy which needs to be constantly reformed and innovated to promote the development of agriculture. Through research on the current rural financial situation and structure in the western countries, this paper gets some enlightenment and hopes to give some reference to the domestic rural financial system.
