摘 要:
在毛竹林施肥试验标准地里,分别于7月、8月、9月采集鞭笋样品进行营养成分测定,结果表明:鞭笋的氮含量范围为0.24%~0.37%,磷含量为0.013%~0.062%,钾含量为0.3%~0.4%,总糖含量在1.9%~3.2%,粗蛋白含量为1.47%~2.33%,已测的17种氨基酸总量为1.07%~2.15%。初步分析表明:鞭笋营养成分含量与施肥没有明显相关。相反有些未经施肥的样地鞭笋营养成分含量略高,符合有机农业的理念。

摘 要:
Samples of rhizomatous shoots were collected respectively in July,August and September,from Moso bamboo stands,which have been fertilized during March and April,to detect whether there induced to nutrient changes in the edible shoots.The results showed that Moso rhizomatous shoots contained 0.24%~0.37% nitrogen,0.013%~0.062% phosphorus,0.3%~0.4% potassium,1.9%~3.2% total sugar,1.47%~2.33% crude protein,and 1.07%~2.15% amino acids.There found no significant impacts of fertilization on nutrient contents of Moso bamboo rhizomatous shoots,despite of a slight increase in the yield of the rhizomatous shoots.On contrary,nutrient contents of rhizomatous shoots from stands without fertilization were slightly higher,this is in agreement with organic agricultural products.
