浅谈高校资助育人新模式构建

摘  要：
资助育人是高校学生工作的重要组成部分,关系到学生的健康成长、高校的稳定及长远发展。当前,高校贫困大学生中的精神贫困现象较为严重,存在思想危机、心理危机、情感危机、品格缺陷、能力匮乏等诸多问题。深入认识国家对于高校贫困生的资助体系及相关育人功能,积极探索资助育人新途径显得愈发急迫。我国高等教育现阶段已形成的"奖、贷、助、补、减、勤"六位一体的贫困生资助体系,虽有效缓解了贫困大学生在校期间的费用压力,但其育人功能仍需进一步加强。探索高校资助育人新模式,强化资助工作对贫困大学生的思想政治教育,是构建和谐校园、引导贫困大学生成长成才的必经之路。

摘  要：
Funding for education is an important part of university students' work. It has relationship with students' healthy growth, stability and long-term development. At present, the spiritual poverty of the poor students in colleges and universities is relatively serious, they always face thought crisis, psychological crisis, emotional crisis, character flaws and lack of ability, and many other problems.Understanding national funding for poor students in colleges and universities system and related educational function, exploring new way to fund education pactively is more and more urgent. At present, Higher education in our country has formed the financial assistance system of "award, loan, help, repair, subtract, frequently" for poor students. Although this system effective reduce the pressure of poor college students' cost during the period of school, it is still need to further strengthen its educational function.In order to build a harmonious campus and lead poor students grow up healthily,we must explore new models of funding for education in colleges and universities,strengthen support for poor college students' ideological and political education work.
