玉米秸秆型日粮营养水平对肉牛肝脏IGF-Ⅰ及其受体基因表达的影响

摘  要:
为研究不同营养水平玉米秸秆型日粮对肉牛肝脏IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-ⅠR基因mRNA表达的影响。选择9月龄、体重相近[(235±7)kg]的健康杂交肉牛(黄牛×西门塔尔)30头,随机分为3组,饲喂3种不同营养水平日粮(低营养水平、中营养水平和高营养水平),每组5个重复,每个重复2头,试验期为10个月。结果表明:(1)与低营养水平日粮组相比,中营养水平和高营养水平组的日增重显著升高(P<0.05);随着营养水平的提高,血液中的IGF-Ⅰ呈上升趋势,且高营养水平组含量显著高于其他两处理(P<0.05)。(2)肝脏中的IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-ⅠR mRNA表达量也与营养水平呈正相关,高营养水平组显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。这说明高水平营养能促进杂交肉牛生长,提高血液中的IGF-Ⅰ含量,并能提高IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-ⅠR mRNA在肝脏中的表达量。

摘  要:
This study was aimed to investigate the effects of different dietary nutrition levels on the expression of IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-ⅠR in bovine liver. Thirty heads of cattle with similar body weight( 235±7) kg were divided randomly into 3 groups for different treatments( low nutrition level,medium nutrition level and high nutrition level),with 5 replicates in each group and 2 heads for each replicate. The experiment lasted 10 months. The results showed:( 1) Compared to the low nutrition level group,medium and high levels can significantly improve the performance of cattle( P<0. 05).With the increase of nutrition level,IGF-Ⅰ content in blood showed an upward trend. IGF-Ⅰ content of the high nutrition level group was significantly higher than other groups.( 2) The expressionof mRNA IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-ⅠR in liver was also positively correlated with the level of nutrition and the high level group had the highest expression. This indicated that,high nutrition level can improve the performance of cattle,increase IGF-Ⅰ content in blood and the expression of mRNA IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-ⅠR in cattle liver.
