亚东璃眼蜱产卵的观察

摘  要：
亚东璃眼蜱用家兔喂血后放在30℃、各种湿度和无光条件下观察产卵情况。从宿主体自然掉下的饱血雌蜱,体重平均为1,321.3±462.6毫克;总产卵数平均为13,392±5,041.4粒;总产卵数/饱血体重平均为10.08±1.33:总产卵重/饱血体重平均为 0.599±0.06;产卵前期平均为 4.9±0.52天;产卵期平均为18.1±2.93天;一天内产卵最多平均为2,173.1±745.8粒;产卵高峰产卵开始后的第3天。饱血体重与总产卵数和产卵天数间以及总产卵数与一天内产卵最多数目间都有非常显著的正相关。饱血体重和总产卵数与雌蜱吸血前的体重有关。从宿主体人工摘下未饱血雌蜱的体重为 136—395毫克,其产卵过程中各种相关关系与自然掉下的饱血雌蜱相似,但产卵高峰所需天数缩短和体重最轻者(136—155毫克)其产卵前期所需天数延长。

摘  要：
Female adults of Hyalomma asiaticum kozlovi were engorged on laboratory rabbits and then were maintained in darkness at 30℃ in various humidities. The average weight of engorged females which dropped from host was 1,321.3 ±462.6 mg (range 467-2,275mg) and the total number of eggs laid by each female tick averaged 13,392 ± 5,041.4 (4,680-25,388). The number of eggs per milligram weight of the engorged female averaged 10.08 ±1.33 (6.49 ±12.68) and the weight of eggs per milligram weight of the female aver-aged 0.599±0.06 (0.467±0.755). The preoviposition.period averaged 4.9±0.52 days (4 -6 days). The length of the oviposition period averaged 18.1±2.93 days (3-25 days), and the peak of daily egg production was 2173.1±754.8 (1,056-4,010) eggs per female on average, occurred on the 3rd day of oviposition. The weight of the engorged female was highly significantly correlated with the total number of eggs laid and the length of the oviposition period. The relationship between the total number of eggs laid and the number of eggs laid on the day of maximum egg output was also highly significant.The body weight of the engorged female had no obvious relation to the number of eggs per milligram body weight, to the weight of eggs per milligram body weight and to the preoviposition period. The engorged female body weight and the total number of eggs laid were directly dependent on the body weight of the unfed female.Ticks, which were detached from the host by force and 136 mg to 395 mg in weight were similar to the above engorged females in oviposition, but the days of maximum egg output were reduced in number and the period of preoviposition in ticks of 136-155 mg in weight was prolonged.
